Unless required otherwise by applicable law, customised, personalised or made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for exchange under our standard exchange programme.
10. Watches
Memoire Jewellery's jewellery exchange programme does not apply to watches.
Each watch brand is subject to its applicable manufacturer's warranty, service and other relevant terms.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, trademarks, jewellery designs, photographs, text, graphics and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Memoire Jewellery unless otherwise stated.
